Beyond his role as CEO, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, grilling up great food, and brainstorming new ways to enhance The Casual Pint experience. His vision keeps The Casual Pint at the forefront of the craft beer and bistro industry, ensuring that every location serves as the ultimate neighborhood gathering place.

Lindsey Davis

Vice President of Supply Chain Management & Logistics

Lindsey Davis has been part of The Casual Pint family since 2011, starting as a beertender and working her way up through roles including Lead Beertender, Manager, and Field Business Coach. With hands-on experience in daily operations, she has a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful location.

Since 2022, Lindsey has served as the VP of Supply Chain Management and Logistics, ensuring that The Casual Pint franchisees have access to the best food and equipment vendors at competitive pricing. She is responsible for negotiating contracts, improving efficiency, and implementing operational standards that drive profitability for every franchise.

Lindsey is also a co-owner of The Casual Pint’s home base location in Knoxville, Tennessee, giving her firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities franchisees face. When she’s not working on supply chain logistics, she enjoys mountain biking, spending time with family, and supporting veteran history preservation projects.

Troy Davis

Director of Franchise Development

Troy Davis joined The Casual Pint in 2019, bringing with him over 33 years of experience in sales, business development, and entrepreneurship. He has a proven track record of identifying opportunities, building business strategies, and coaching entrepreneurs to success.

With a consultative approach to sales, Troy helps prospective franchise owners navigate the franchising process, from initial discovery to grand opening and beyond. His passion for helping people achieve their business goals makes him an invaluable resource for new franchisees.

Troy is also a co-owner of The Casual Pint’s Knoxville location, allowing him to provide real-world advice based on firsthand experience. When he’s not working with franchisees, you’ll find him mountain biking (and occasionally crashing), playing drums in a cover band, and keeping life fun—much to his wife’s amusement.

He helps franchise owners with marketing strategies, social media engagement, community outreach, and promotional campaigns.

Beyond his work with The Casual Pint, Zane is known for founding the Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon and leading charitable initiatives with organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of the Tennessee Valley. Robert Mitchell

As a Director, Executive Chef, and Manager, Steve has led multi-million-dollar F&B and Procurement departments at JACK Entertainment, Station Casinos, and BJ Restaurants. This experience provides real-world operational solutions that work both enterprise-wide and in day-to-day restaurant operations.
